Today at 12:45 AM -8 GMT (July 23, 2006) it has been announced that killing a penguin is legal in the United States. Proof has been brought up to congress stating and showing how vicious the creatures really are. Though a compromise was made with the United Nations as China had to put their 2¢ in the say. The compromise is that only a single penguin may be killed in a day in anywhere in the United States, if more it will be instant war with Antarctica.
President Bush will be talking to the Prime Ministers of Canada and England later today and brief them on this new act. Let's all pray that they follow through and pass similar laws in their countries.
